Privacy policy

Effective October 14, 2026.

This policy explains how Loan Daddy LLC (“we,” “us”), doing business on this website as DSCR Loans Texas, handles information collected through dscrloanstexas.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone, property details, loan purpose, estimated values, occupancy, and any message you send through our forms.
  • Attribution data: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and marketing parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, and fbclid). These are stored in your browser’s session storage for the visit and sent with a form submission.
  • Technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

How we use it

  • To contact you by email, phone, or text when you have consented
  • To share your scenario with wholesale lenders or investors when you ask us to shop it
  • To measure which pages and campaigns are useful, and to protect the site against abuse
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations

How we share it

We share information with service providers that help us run our business — such as customer relationship management, communications, and hosting providers — and with lenders and investors when needed to arrange financing you request. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

If you consent, Loan Daddy LLC may contact you about your request by email, phone, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask us to stop calling. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.
